My name is Cherry Lim, I am a fashion designer who graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design(SCAD) in 2019. I have an artistic spirit, a strong understanding of market trends, and am efficient in using Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
These skills and programs are essential for creating and designing garments, which I believe make me a great candidate. Additionally, I am a focused and driven individual who is hardworking and committed, accepting challenges with enthusiasm and an open mind.

Fashion Designer

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am Chaeli Lim (Cherry) and I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in Fashion Design in 2019. Since then, I have worked my way up from Assistant Designer to my current role as Head Designer at Bizz Inc. (D.B.A En Creme). Through this journey, I have acquired collaborative skills and a strong sense of responsibility in task execution.

One of the significant challenges I faced at Bizz Inc. was handling all design tasks independently amidst the upheavals caused by COVID-19. As the sole member of the design team, I was responsible for everything from assistant duties to the role of fit technician. By overcoming these challenges, I not only developed professionally and honed my multitasking abilities but also earned a promotion to Senior Designer within just two years of graduation. This experience demonstrates my ability to adapt quickly, think flexibly, and handle tasks with a sense of responsibility.

I believe that my extensive experience and deep understanding of women’s garments, fit, and general design knowledge make me a strong candidate for the position.
